We will start the day by visiting the White City with a panoramic drive in modern Baku. We will see modern architecture and experience the atmosphere of the new Baku. Our next stop will be the Military Trophy Park, dedicated to the country's history and patriotic spirit, where military spoils are exhibited in the open air. After the boulevard, we will have the opportunity to shop during the free time to be given in one of Baku's best shopping centers, where you can find international brands as well as local designer stores. After the free time, we will take a photo break at the Heydar Aliyev Center, which attracts attention with its modern and impressive architecture designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid. This archaeological site, which is home to more than 6000 petroglyphs (rock carvings), numerous ancient human settlements, dwellings, cemeteries, caves, and artifacts from various historical periods, has great cultural importance. After our tour, during our return journey, we will visit the Bibi-Heybat Mosque, built in 1267, and we will also have the opportunity to see the world's first mechanically drilled oil well, located in the Bibi-Heybat settlement and established in 1846. (55 USD) Ateshgah, which has been considered sacred for centuries by different belief groups such as Zoroastrianism, Hinduism, and Sikhism, is one of the 3 Zoroastrian temples in the world. The construction date of the complex dates back to 1713. The temple existed from earlier periods and has reached the present day by preserving its original structure. In Ateshgah, where a fire constantly burns in the middle over a natural gas source representing the eternal fire, this fire is maintained artificially today. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed, while adhering to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In most flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa issuance. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
