Meeting with you, our valued guests, at Istanbul Airport International Departures outbound terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure for Baku with Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight TK332 at 08:35. Arrival in Baku at 12:30 local time. After passport and ticket procedures, we leave the area to make our city tour. We start our Baku city tour. We start our city tour with Icherisheher (Old City), which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2000. After reaching the Old City, our first visit point is the Shirvanshahs Palace, built by Ibrahim Khalilullah in the 15th century. Then, the Maiden Tower, which has a 2500-year history, and the Juma Mosque are among the main works we will see. Then we complete our city tour by seeing the Bukhara and Multani Caravanserais. Free time after breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Guests who wish can participate in the Absheron Peninsula tour organized optionally by our guide (70 Euro). Among the main places we will visit on the Absheron Peninsula, we will see the Ateshgah Architectural Complex, which is one of the Three Magian (Zoroastrian) Temples in the World. This structure, which is quite interesting and whose fire inside has not gone out for centuries, is one of the main pilgrimage sites according to the Magian belief. After our Ateshgah visit, we will visit the burning mountain, which the famous traveler Marco Polo named ''Land of Fire''. Yanardag has been burning for centuries with the effect of natural gas coming out from underground, existing in a total area of 65 hectares. Free time after breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Guests who wish can participate in our Gobustan & Heydar Aliyev Museum tour to be organized optionally by our guide (90 Euro). We set off towards Gobustan, located 70 km south of Baku, which is Azerbaijan's richest region in terms of archaeological artifacts and is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Gobustan, located near the Caspian Sea, on the old Shirvan road; is also called an open-air museum. This place provides important information about community life, hunting, animals, and vegetation in the prehistoric Middle Ages with its carved rocks and pictorial stones all over the world, then we realize our Heydar Aliyev museum tour. After our tour, we realize our transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel
Check-out from the rooms after breakfast to be taken at our hotel in the morning. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Then transfer to the airport. After your baggage and ticket procedures, departure for Istanbul at 22:05 with Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight TK335. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 00:15 local time the next day and end of our tour

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes may occur in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of the museum and archaeological sites. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts are valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight in these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for plane ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The refusal or denial of a visa by the consulate is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of their respective countries.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel date. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**The location of our hotels and the content of the service provided in our tours with the promotion phrase may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can perform upgrade operations depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
** In accordance with the decision taken by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
