GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. In the absence of sufficient participants, any resulting price differences will be communicated by our guide before the tour once the numbers are finalized.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This also applies to any changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts apply if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received at hotels in the visited countries are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfasts in a separate hall. A continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies by country.
**Guests participating in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to join the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**Generally, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa issuance. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa situations from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or modification can be made by the guest on our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade operations depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour can under no circumstances be held responsible for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
