We meet at Istanbul Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight (1 calendar day before the departure flight date). After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our Bali flight begins with a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Our night passes on the plane.
Following our arrival in Bali, Indonesia's most visited island famous for its beaches, we move to our private bus waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our Ubud & Kintamani Batur Volcano Tour with Lunch. On our full-day excursion, we will get a close look at Bali's impressive culture, handicraft art, photogenic rice terraces, traditional villages, and Mount Batur and its lake with extraordinary scenery. In our first stop, Celuk & Mas Village, known for its gold, silver, and wood carving art, awaits us. Here we will watch artists carving intricate patterns into wooden blocks. After Mas Village, we stop by Goa Gajah, known as the Elephant Cave, dating back to the 11th century. Our next stop to have our lunch is the cool mountains of Kintamani. First, we view and photograph Mount Batur from its peak towards Lake Batur, which descends next to the valley below, with black lava strips on it. Then we enjoy our lunch in our restaurant with a beautiful view. After lunch, on our way back, we stop by the Holy Spring Water, which is believed to have magical healing power. Our tour continues with Ubud Village, the artistic heart of Bali. Tegallalang rice terraces, Ubud art market, Tegenungan waterfall, and coffee plantations are among the places we will see. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for the Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulundanu Temple Tour with Lunch. We start our day by first visiting Taman Ayun, known as the Royal Temple. Taman Ayun means beautiful garden. The region was also protected by UNESCO in 2012 and is considered a World Heritage Site. After Taman Ayun, our journey continues towards Bedugul located in the highlands of Bali. Bedugul is a part of Bali but completely different from its counterparts in every sense. Known as the coldest place in Bali, Bedugul has a completely different climate from other places on the island. After having our lunch in a local restaurant within the lush forests surrounding Bedugul, Bratan Lake and the subject of generics, Ulundanu Beratan temple on the lake, the symbol of Bali, are among the places to be seen. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Mengiat Beach located in the Nusa Dua region. You can swim in its white sandy beach formed by ocean corals and clear deep blue sea, have a foot massage while lying on the sun lounger, and enjoy the sea, sand, and sun while sipping your fresh coconut drink. After our beach tour, we depart for Jimbaran Beach Seafood Restaurant to have our dinner. We enjoy our seafood platter while watching the sunset on the beach. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest. Accommodation is at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our Tanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest Tour with Lunch. After seeing the Royal Temple in the Town of Kapal, the monkey forest where there are 3 temples inside and approximately 300 monkeys believed to be the protectors of the temples live, and the Tanah Lot Temples built on a rock over the ocean, we move on to the world-famous Monkey forest. Lunch will be served as Indonesian cuisine in a local restaurant. At the end of our tour, you will have the opportunity to watch the magnificent sunset of Bali. Free time for sunbathing. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest. Accommodation is at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the rooms and free time until the transfer time notified by your guide. Then we carry out our transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, our flight to Istanbul takes place with a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Overnight stay is on the plane.
With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes may occur in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of the museum and archaeological sites. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms are given subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without a flight, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight of flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa situations from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling for less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion expression, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and change cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
**In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
