We meet at Istanbul New Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket and boarding procedures, our Dubai flight begins with the Emirates Airlines scheduled flight.
Upon our arrival in Dubai, our Phuket flight begins after the transfer to be made with the Emirates Airlines scheduled flight. Upon our arrival in Phuket, we pass to our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Then free time. Overnight at our hotel.

In this tour, we go outside of Bangkok and first stop by a coconut farm in Samut Songhkhram town, where the world-renowned Siamese Twins were born, on the way. Here we get information about what the Thai people benefit from the coconut tree and see souvenirs made from this tree. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. Leaving here and after a bus journey of around 10 minutes, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. From here, we get on the boats and after an enjoyable journey of about half an hour accompanied by delicious exotic Far Eastern views, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has been on the cover of magazines. In our tour, you will see the open market established inside the single-paddled boats on the river and have the opportunity to shop. We visit the floating market until it closes at noon. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste the most famous tropical fruits of Thailand that your guide will get. Then departure for our Bangkok city tour. In our panoramic Bangkok city tour, Chinatown, Flower Market, Democracy Monument and Avenue, Ministries Avenue, Parliament Building, and the Royal Palace, which has hosted the Kingdom of Siam since 1782 and houses the administration and living areas of current royalty, are among the places to be seen panoramically. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closing status of museums and ruins. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are usually served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights with the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**The luggage weight is generally 20 Kg. on flights departing from Turkey. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a refusal is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa situations from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being taken into the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option can be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and change cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can make upgrade transactions depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
