We meet at Istanbul New Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket and boarding procedures, our Dubai flight begins with the scheduled flight of Emirates Airlines.
Upon our arrival in Dubai, our Phuket flight begins after the connection to be made with the scheduled flight of Emirates Airlines. Upon our arrival in Phuket, we move to our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Then free time. Overnight at our hotel.

In our panoramic Bangkok city tour, Chinatown, Flower Market, Democracy Monument and Avenue, Ministries Avenue, Parliament Building and the Grand Palace, which has been home to the Kingdom of Siam since 1782 and houses the management and living areas of current royal members, are among the places to be seen panoramically. In this tour, we go outside of Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in Samut Songkhram town, where the world-famous Siamese Twins were born, on the way. Here we get information about what the Thai people use coconut trees for and see souvenirs made from this tree. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. Departing from here, after about a 10-minute bus ride, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. We board the boats from here and after an enjoyable journey of about half an hour accompanied by delicious exotic Far Eastern views, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has been on magazine covers. In our tour, you will see the open-air market established inside single-paddle canoes on the river and have the opportunity to shop. We visit the floating market until it closes at noon. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste the most famous tropical fruits of Thailand that your guide will get. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum or archaeological site is closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (triple) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts are valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be served at hotels in the visited countries are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or giving a rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of their respective countries.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
