We meet at Istanbul New Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our Phuket flight begins with Turkish Airlines scheduled flights. Overnight on the plane.
Following our arrival in Phuket, we proceed to our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Then free time. Overnight at our hotel.
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, departure from the hotel for our Phi Phi Island Tour with Lunch. We reach Phi Phi Don’, the first of the two heavenly coral islands near Phuket't, quickly by our speedboats. Opportunity to swim and sunbathe at Maya Bay, where some parts of Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio’s movie “The Beach” were filmed, featuring its palm tree-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea. Next, we stop by Phi Phi Ley’. Here we visit the Viking Cave. Our lunch is on Phi Phi Island. In the evening, return to our hotel again by our speedboats. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then departure from the hotel for our Elephant Safari tour. How many times in your life can you go on a safari on an elephant? Here is the opportunity coming to your feet. After receiving information about elephants, we do a safari with elephants in the jungle. In the evening, we depart with our guests for our dinner with live music at the world-famous Hard Rock Cafe. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Our first stop is Chalong Temple, the oldest temple of Phuket island built in the 19th century. Following our temple visit, Phuket Old Town, the oldest settlement center of the island, famous for its Sino-Portuguese architecture colorful houses, small shops, and street vendors. Then we climb up to Big Buddha hill, the third highest Buddha statue in Thailand, where we can see Phuket from a bird's eye view. Our last stop will be Phuket View Point, which has taken place on postcards and where we can take great photos. At the end of the tour, we visit the world-famous jewelry factory on the way. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after numbers are reached.
**Our guide can make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies from country to country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without flights will not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**Generally, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this baggage weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under Prontotour's responsibility.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not issuing a visa or giving a rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa situations from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator before leaving Turkey whether your phone is open for international use.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with a promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ compared to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade operations depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
