Green Passport holders are exempt from visas but must state this to the official.
Check-in procedures at the airport 3 hours before the scheduled flight of Turkish Airlines and flight towards our Zanzibar journey. After our arrival in Zanzibar, we will handle our visa on arrival and passport procedures at the airport, meet our guide who will accompany us throughout our journey and transfer to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we can proceed to our rooms and start to relax.
An exciting and unforgettable safari experience, strengthened by the bonds of sisterhood, awaits us in Mikumi National Park. In the heart of the wild, we will be guests in the world of lions, elephants and giraffes with jeep safaris in the savanna, while experiencing the excitement of discovering Africa's wild spirit together. It will be a unique adventure accompanied by the unfiltered sounds of nature.
After breakfast, we visit the fragrant spice gardens of Zanzibar, discovering exotic plants while tasting fresh tropical fruits. In the afternoon, we set sail into the ocean on a luxury catamaran accompanied by music, and after enjoying the crimson sunset together, we return to our hotel.
On this most special and final day of our tour, we meet in a pleasant workshop where we will paint on canvases accompanied by wine. While bringing colors together with brush strokes, we listen to our inner voice, relax our minds and enjoy the tranquility.
After completing this beautiful journey spent woman to woman with these calming creative moments, we will transfer to the airport in the evening hours and say goodbye to each other, hoping to meet in another adventure.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide, staying within the content of our tours, may make changes to the city tour and/or extra tour days depending on the number of participants, the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrance fees and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided based on availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is in the same room with 2 adults.
**In hotels, check-in time is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts taken in hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissants, and varies by country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights will not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
**For most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg on these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate, and does not provide any guarantee of visa issuance. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or its rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are provided based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they belong to.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the travel date. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. Our guide and transfer vehicle for programs with multiple hotel options may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can do so based on the availability of the airline (please check the airline where your membership is) after the tickets are issued. Please check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours before. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, over-sales of capacity, service disruptions, etc., resulting from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works and conditions.
**In some airlines, food-drink and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
