The first stop of our tour is Eguisheim, one of the charming towns of Alsace. While wandering among the houses with beautifully colored geraniums hanging from their wooden windows and balconies in its narrow charming streets, you will begin to get lost among past time stories. Eguisheim, which has been a member of the "France's Most Beautiful Villages" club since 2003, was chosen as the "French's Favorite Village in 2013". After our Eguisheim tour, departure to Colmar, our 2nd stop. Colmar, one of the fascinating cities with its colorful houses, streets decorated with flowers and beauty, holds great importance as the starting point of the Alsace wine route route. The canals that add beauty to Colmar's beauty are the branches of the Rhine River. The colorful historical buildings lined up along the river and dating back to the 1200s are the most prominent, most notable feature of the city. The first stop on our tour is the Rhine Falls. After our walk around Europe's largest waterfall with a width of 150 meters and a height of 23 meters, accompanied by the fascinating sound of water, we depart for Zurich, Switzerland's largest city. Located on the shores of Lake Zurich and at the foot of the Alps, Zurich hosts millions of tourists in every period of the year with both its historical past and culture. The history of the city dates back to the Neolithic and Bronze Ages, and its name comes from Turus. In the 2nd century AD, the city under Roman occupation was named Turicum. When this name is translated into Swiss German, it is read as "Zuri". Zurich, which is the most livable city in Europe according to the latest data, is also called the cultural capital of Switzerland. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur are informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of the museum and archaeological site. This situation is also valid against changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (triple) are given subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Generally, check-in time at hotels is 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Our guests included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In most flights originating from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this domestic flight luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs of flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests having another country's passport can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end of the travel date. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being taken into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**In order to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, concerts, hotels far from the center can be used.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and change cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
