We meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, and after ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, we start our Bali flight with the scheduled flight of Turkish Airlines. We arrive in Bali towards the evening local time and transfer to our hotel in Ubud with our private vehicle waiting for us. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, we participate in the Kintamani (Volcano Tour - Lunch included) tour. In this tour, we first go to the Tegalalang rice terraces. Here you can walk among the rice fields and swing on the long swings, which are one of Bali's most famous activities. Then we go to Kintamani to see the unique beauty of Mount Batur and have our lunch accompanied by the view of the crater lake. After lunch, we go to a local coffee producer to taste the famous local Luwak Coffee and various types of tea and coffee. After enjoying our coffees, we visit the Tirta Empul temple, also known as the Holy Water Temple. Then we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, we participate in the lunch-included Nusa Penida Island Tour. Nusa Penida island, which we will reach by ferries in the Sanur region, holds the title of the most photographed island with its untouched nature, steep cliffs, and turquoise sea. After our visits to Kelingking Beach, which resembles the T-Rex silhouette, Broken Beach, and Angels Billabong on the island, we have our lunch and then move on to Crystal Bay. We end our day with a visit to Crystal Bay, where we can have a short swimming and snorkeling opportunity, and return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

We transfer to the airport on the date determined by our guide. Following our arrival at the airport, we perform our check-in procedures. We depart for Istanbul with the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the closure status of museums and ruins, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and ruin entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or rejection of a visa is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade transactions depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
