Our tour picks you up at 00.30 İzmit Halk Evi Stop (from İzmit - Adapazarı direction) - 00.45 İzmit Bus Terminal Stops (Opposite ROMATEM) – 01.15 In front of Adapazarı Bus Terminal - 02.30 In front of Düzce Çoban Location Shell Gas Station – 03.45 In front of Bolu Bus Terminal. We continue our journey in the direction of Bolu – Gerede. After a breakfast break on the way, we set off towards the Küre Mountains and arrive in Pınarbaşı. Our first stop will be Valla Canyon. From here, we board our minibuses and reach the Valla Canyon Observation Terrace from Muratpaşa Village with a walk of approximately half an hour, which is among the deepest canyons in the world (EXTRA). We take photos of the canyon, which has a depth of approximately 800 m, from here. After photographing the approximately 12-kilometer-long Valla Canyon, which reaches depths of up to 1200 meters in places and is considered one of the most difficult canyons to cross due to the many risks it contains, from above, we return along the same path. Then, we board our vehicle and arrive at Horma Canyon after a journey of approximately 45 minutes. In this canyon, where the path built entirely using wood and steel is integrated with the beauty of the canyon, respectful to nature and visually very beautiful, we arrive at Ilıca Waterfall at the end of a walk of approximately 1.5-2 hours (For our guests who do not want to walk, we proceed to Ilıca Waterfall by our vehicle). We give free time at the waterfall, which is fed by the water of the canyon we walked through. We take a photo break in front of the natural pool in front of the waterfall, which pours from a height of approximately 15 meters. You can taste delicious gözleme (savory pancakes) at the pancake shops located at the end of the canyon. Afterwards, we move to our district, which is under the protection of UNESCO and named Safranbolu due to the abundance of saffron. After visiting Cinci Inn (Panoramic), Bazaar, Arasta (Shoemakers' Bazaar), Köprülü Mosque, Sundial, and the Saddlers-Drapers-Blacksmiths-Coppersmiths Bazaars by passing through the streets that reflect the soul of Safranbolu, we go up to Hıdırlık Hill to see the city from above. After taking beautiful photos, we return to the city center and go to the famous Turkish delight shop of the historic city, where we will have the opportunity to get information about Turkish delight and at the same time taste and shop for delicious Turkish delights.

YENİCE FORESTS - ŞEKER CANYON - ZONGULDAK - MINING MUSEUM

Our tour continues after breakfast at our hotel (For our guests who wish, we go to the Crystal Terrace (Glass Observation Terrace, Extra) built on Tokatlı Canyon, modeled after the glass terrace in the Grand Canyon in America). We have the opportunity to panoramically photograph "Tokatlı Canyon" and İncekaya Aqueduct from the observation terrace, which has a capacity to carry approximately 400 people. Afterwards, we go to Yenice Forests, which is Turkey's largest block forest. Yenice Forests, which is among the world's leading forests with its biological diversity and the wildlife it hosts, was designated as one of the 100 Hotspots that need to be protected urgently by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in 1999. The region, which has no settlements inside and has a continuous forest area, is called the forest sea. In Yenice, we first take a short walk in the 6.5 km long Şeker Canyon (If the weather and road conditions are not suitable, we will go to the Yenice observation terrace, which has fresh air because it is inside the forest, and take a break in Karadeniz Ereğli). After the walk, we go up to the Yenice observation terrace and sip our coffees while watching the green cover from above. After our Yenice trip, we move to Zonguldak. We first visit the Gökgöl cave, 875 meters of which is open to tourism. After our cave tour, we visit the 'Mining Museum', which is Turkey's first and only mining museum and reflects the conditions regarding the underground production of hard coal. Here, together with our museum tour, we descend to the old training mine (if open) with our guests who wish. After our museum tour, we give free time in the port area. We finish our Zonguldak tour by seeing the Varagel Tunnels, which have a 75-year history and where coal was shipped to the port from here. Afterwards, we leave the city and start our return journey. We return to Istanbul via Düzce - Adapazarı. CLIMATE

The Black Sea climate is effective on the Western Black Sea coastline, and this effect loses its influence as one moves to the interior parts. The Black Sea climate, which is effective in the coastal part, shows some differences compared to other parts of the region. The amount of precipitation in the section is less than the Eastern Black Sea and more than the Central Black Sea. The annual precipitation amount in the coastal strip is 1200 millimeters. For example; Zonguldak receives 1220 mm and Bartın 1071 mm of precipitation. In the interior parts, the annual precipitation amount falls below 600 millimeters. For example; it is 536 mm in Bolu and 461 mm in Kastamonu. Precipitation is higher on the north-facing slopes of the mountains. The main reason for this is that the humid air masses coming over the Black Sea rise on the mountain slopes and leave precipitation. The winter season in the section is colder than the Central and Eastern Black Sea Sections. Cold air masses coming from Central Europe in winter cause snowfall in the Western Black Sea. If we briefly summarize the characteristics of the Western Black Sea Region according to the region: - It is colder than the Central and Eastern Black Sea Sections because it is open to cold air masses coming from Central Europe in the winter season - The annual precipitation amount is 1200 millimeters in the coastal part and 600 millimeters in the interior parts.
