Meeting at Istanbul Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, departure for Krakow, Poland with our flight. After our arrival, we start our Krakow city tour with our bus waiting for us. During our tour; Old Town carrying the medieval atmosphere to the present day, Rynek Glowny which is one of the largest squares in Europe, Cloth Hall which is the heart of historical trade, St. Mary's Basilica echoing with the sound of a trumpet every hour, and the surroundings of Wawel Castle, one of the symbols of the city, are among the places to be seen panoramically. After our city tour, we give free time. Guests who wish can discover the fascinating atmosphere of Krakow, spend time in its cafes, and enjoy the unique architecture of the city. In the evening hours, we visit the Krakow Christmas Market set up in one of the most beautiful squares in Europe. Among the illuminated stands decorating the historical square, you can taste local drinks scented with cinnamon and cloves, try Poland's famous "Oscypek" cheese, and buy authentic souvenirs for your loved ones. After breakfast at our hotel, we realize the Auschwitz Birkenau (65 Euro) & Wieliczka Salt Mine Tour (70 Euro) that we will organize as an extra for our guests who wish. At the first stop of our tour, we visit Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration Camp, one of the most tragic points of human history. Passing through the historical gate with the inscription "Arbeit Macht Frei", we will visit the barracks used during the Nazi period, the sections where personal belongings belonging to prisoners are exhibited, and the "Death Wall" accompanied by professional guide narrations. Then we will move to the Birkenau camp and see the historical point where the train tracks end, the selection platform, and the camp ruins. After this meaningful visit, we depart for the Wieliczka Salt Mine, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. In this impressive journey extending meters below the ground, we will have the opportunity to see galleries completely carved out of salt, sculptures, underground lakes, and St. Kinga's Chapel, which is considered one of the most impressive underground places of worship in the world. This unique mine, decorated with chandeliers and works of art made of salt crystals, resembles a magical underground city. After our tour, return to Krakow and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, we set off towards Warsaw, the capital of Poland. Arrival in Warsaw after our journey and we perform our panoramic city tour. We realize the Polish Vodka Museum (20 Euro) visit, which is one of the most special experiences of Poland, that we will organize as an extra for our guests who wish. After breakfast at our hotel, departure for our city tour. In our tour; Old Town on the UNESCO World Heritage List, Royal Route, important structures of the city and the surroundings of the Palace of Culture and Science are among the places to be seen. In the evening hours, we perform our walking tour in the brightly decorated city center of Warsaw. We visit the Warsaw Warsaw Christmas Market accompanied by streets adorned with Christmas decorations, illuminated squares and New Year's atmosphere. Unforgettable moments await you in this magical environment full of Christmas carols, mulled wine scents and local delicacies. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Check-out of rooms early in the morning and transfer to the airport. (Breakfast may be given as a breakfast box) After baggage and passport procedures, we realize our return flight to Istanbul. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, the end of our tour and services.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are finalized.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and historical site are closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a triple room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who join the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty cost for air ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or rejection of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their air tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantees are not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour can in no way be held responsible for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
