Meeting with you, our esteemed guests, at Istanbul Airport Departure Terminal outbound terminal at the time to be announced by our guide. After our ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Rovaniemi with the Turkish Airlines flight. After our arrival in Rovaniemi, we depart for Santa Claus Village with our private vehicle. In Santa Claus Village, which has been in the top 10 on the must-visit places list of travel lovers since 2008, you will have the chance to meet Santa Claus, take a photo with him, and send postcards to your loved ones from Santa Claus's post office. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to make your loved ones happy with very special and different gifts during your free time in the quite wide and varied shops for shopping. We will pick up our thermal clothing on the way. (Overalls, boots, gloves, woolen socks). Accommodation at our hotel in Tornio. After a short rest, we will carry out our Northern Lights Hunt tour. If our luck goes well, we can witness this fascinating natural event. Accommodation at our hotel in Tornio.
After the breakfast we will have at our hotel in the morning, we will carry out our Reindeer Farm with Lunch & Husky Safari tour. Our tour starts with our transfer to the Reindeer farm. On this tour, we experience the Reindeer sleigh riding experience at the Reindeer farm and receive a "Reindeer Driving Certificate", then we will spend enjoyable moments accompanied by local tea and cookies inside a traditional Lapland tent around a burning fire. At the same time, information about Reindeer will be given to us by our guide. Continuing our tour, we transfer to the Husky farm, spend time with the cute animals of the cold season, learn how to steer the Husky dogs in our own team, and enjoy driving the Husky sleighs along the 3 km track. We complete our tour at our restaurant where we will have lunch and depart for our hotel. Accommodation at our Tornio hotel.
After the breakfast we will have at our hotel in the morning, we set off for our 1 Hour Snowmobile Tour (2 persons in 1 vehicle) & Snow Experience tour. On our snow safari tour, we will experience a 1-hour driving experience on snowmobiles special to Lapland. First, we will listen to our instructor's instructions. Afterwards, following a half-hour driving experience, we will give a photo break at the end of the track. Then we will end our experience with a half-hour return track. After the driving experience, we will visit Snowexperience 365, which we come across in fairy tales, containing ice sculptures, an ice slide, and an ice restaurant. If you wish, you can experience sitting at ice tables and taking photos. Accommodation at our Tornio hotel.
Note: (Children (up to 12 years old) will carry out this tour in a sleigh that the attendant will pull with a snowmobile)
After the breakfast we will have at our hotel, we transfer to the airport. We will do a short tour in Rovaniemi and have free time for last-minute shopping. Then we transfer to the airport. We fly to Istanbul with the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival at Istanbul Airport and end of our tour. See you on our next tour.

Guests who wish can take the IceBreaker tour (Icebreaker ship) as an optional tour. In case not all of our group participates, this tour may be carried out without a guide. Approximately 1 week before the tour departure date, our guide will call all our guests and give detailed information about this tour.

*** Due to the late sunrise and early sunset in the region, some activities may be carried out while it is dark. Our tour is characteristically an activity tour. The days and times of the activities may change.
GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, remaining loyal to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**In hotels, check-in time is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in the hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and shows variations depending on the country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, will not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from erroneous information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa situations from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour can never be held responsible for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes caused by the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
** In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
