Following arrival in Basel at local time 10.00, our city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the area. Basel, the third most populous city of Switzerland after Zurich and Geneva, is a magnificent city that embodies both modern and historical textures, having many treasures within despite its small surface area. During our city tour in this city, Basel Cathedral where the tomb of the famous Renaissance writer Dutch Erasmus is located, the city's main square Marktplatz, the City Hall, and Hotel Les Trois Roi are among the places to see. Following our tour, departure for Strasbourg, one of the most beautiful cities in France and the pearl of the Alsace region. While touring Strasbourg, you will feel like you are traveling through history in Europe's largest cobblestone medieval neighborhoods. After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in the optionally organized Magnificent Fairy Tale Villages of Alsace (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr) tour. (110 Euros) The first place we will visit on our tour, where we will want to take photos at every opportunity from beginning to end, is Eguisheim. Eguisheim, which received the title of "Favorite French Village" in 2013, is a village where history and nature dance. Its colorful houses reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region form the postcard-like appearance of Eguisheim. It is famous for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historical texture. Especially the 13th-century Château de Kaysersberg castle is one of the most prominent symbols of the town. Sainte-Croix Church, located in the center of the city, draws attention with its Gothic architecture. Afterward, we move on to Riquewihr, one of the most fascinating cities of Alsace, where numerous half-timbered houses that give the city its charm are located. This historical village fascinates visitors with its old houses decorated with colorful flowers, narrow streets, and medieval texture surrounded by walls. During our tour, we will also see the ruins of Riquewihr Castle and feel the medieval atmosphere by walking along the old walls of the village. The streets, squares, and structures of this city will take you on a journey through time while making you feel the Middle Ages at every corner. Heidelberg, a serene, stylish, and decent city, will welcome you with the harmony of architecture and colors. During our city tour here, Hauptstrasse, Marktplatz Square, Old Bridge, and Heidelberg Castle are among the places to see. Following our tour, our second stop is Baden Baden, which is intertwined with nature, an oxygen store, a culture and art center, with thermal springs and countless facilities such as Europe's most famous casino. After touring Baden Baden, a unique international travel route where many famous writers and composers were inspired, we give free time at the outlet center where many famous brands are gathered together. Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish can participate in the optionally organized Magnificent Schaffhausen Rhine Falls and Swiss Cities (Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne) tour. (130 Euros) Our tour's first stop, the natural wonder Rhine Falls, holds the title of Europe's largest waterfall with its 150-meter width and 23-meter height. Embraced by the powerful arms of the Rhine river, this place is a paradise where you will find peace while watching the dance of bright blue waters. Following our fascinating walk with the power and impressive scenery of the water, our 2nd stop Zurich, the largest city of Switzerland, hosts millions of visitors every year with its historic center, eye-catching Gothic-style churches, and historical buildings. After seeing the Grossmünster and Fraumünster Churches and St. Peterskirche Church, which is Europe's largest clock tower, we tour Bahnhofstrasse, accepted as the city's shopping center. Following our tour, we go to Lucerne, a historical city located in the central part of Switzerland, at the foot of the Alps. In this fascinating city, after seeing the Lion Monument built in memory of 800 Swiss soldiers who were martyred while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge, and the magnificent view of Lake Lucerne, we finish our tour and transfer to our hotel. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are finalized.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a triple room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts are valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this domestic flight luggage allowance may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or rejection of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being allowed into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**The location of our hotels and the content of the service provided in our tours with the promotion label may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantees are not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times stated in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with private charters, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
**In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
