Departure for Mexico at 01:50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK181. Following our arrival in Mexico at 07:35 local time, we complete our passport and customs procedures and start our Mexico city tour with our vehicle from the airport. Our first stop will be the National Anthropology Museum, where we can closely get to know Mexico's rich cultural heritage extending from prehistoric times to the Aztec and Maya civilizations. After our museum visit, we will take a photo break at the Atatürk Monument. After having lunch, we will explore the historical center of Mexico. Zócalo Square, Metropolitan Cathedral, and the National Palace from the outside are among the places to be seen. Transfer to our hotel at the end of our tour. We complete our check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. Our overnight stay is at our hotel in Mexico.
After breakfast at our hotel, departure for the Coyoacán and Xochimilco tour. First, we will explore Coyoacán, one of Mexico's historical and colorful neighborhoods, on foot. After our tour in the region, which stands out with its colonial texture and traditional atmosphere, we will visit the Frida Kahlo Museum. We have our lunch at a local restaurant. Then we depart for the Xochimilco Canals. We will experience a different side of Mexico by taking a canal tour with traditional and colorful Trajinera boats in the region known as a UNESCO World Heritage site. After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we depart for the Ancient City of Teotihuacán, known as the "Place Where Gods Were Created" and included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. In the largest metropolis of pre-Columbian America; we explore the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon, and the magnificent Avenue of the Dead, which fascinate with their massive sizes, accompanied by our local guide. After our walk in this mysterious city, which is one of the most important archaeological sites in the world, we have our lunch at a traditional restaurant where we will taste the authentic texture and local flavors of the region. During our tour, we also make a short workshop visit where we can get information about the region-specific obsidian stone craftsmanship and traditional beverages obtained from the agave plant. After unforgettable photo frames and memories full of thousands of years of history, we return to Mexico City center. Free time after our tour and overnight stay at our hotel in Mexico.
Early in the morning, we take our breakfast boxes from our hotel, complete our check-out procedures, and transfer to Mexico Airport. After our ticket and baggage procedures, departure for Guatemala City with local airlines. Following our arrival in Guatemala City, we depart for the Lake Atitlán region with our vehicle. This natural wonder, which the famous author Aldous Huxley defined as "the most beautiful lake in the world"; fascinates visitors in the majestic shadow of the San Pedro, Atitlán, and Tolimán volcanoes. In the colorful Mayan villages that we will explore with boat tours around the lake, we witness traditional weaving arts, colorful street arts, and rich local markets that have continued for centuries. Panajachel, the main gateway to the region; San Juan la Laguna with its art-filled streets, and San Marcos, which stands out with its spiritual atmosphere, are among the unforgettable stops of our tour. In this unique geography where nature and rich Mayan culture are blended, we happily watch the fascinating views of the sunset by staying overnight. After free time by the lake, we transfer to our hotel and complete our check-in procedures. We have our dinner at our hotel. Our overnight stay is at our hotel in the Lake Atitlán region.

During our tour in the town, we visit the handicraft village brought to life with Traditional Mayan Weaving Art, Root Dyes, and traditional looms to witness centuries-old crafts, and we discover the adventure of cacao transforming from bean to chocolate with an interactive and delicious workshop experience at the Aromatic Chocolate Workshop. After the delicious lunch we will have at a local restaurant, we set off towards Antigua Guatemala, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and fascinates with its cobblestone streets and magnificent colonial architecture. After breakfast at our hotel, we set off for our fairy-tale Antigua Guatemala city tour, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. While walking in the streets decorated with the most elegant examples of Spanish colonial architecture, the majestic La Merced Church, Central Square with its vibrant atmosphere, and the historical Antigua Cathedral are among the places to be seen. After lunch with local flavors, we visit a special coffee plantation in the region to discover Guatemala's world-famous coffee culture. While examining the coffee production processes on-site, we perform a special coffee tasting experience that will leave a mark on our palates. At the end of our tour, we depart for the capital Guatemala City and check-in to our comfortable hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel, we start the day with a tour of the ancient city of Chichén Itzá, a UNESCO World Heritage site considered one of the greatest legacies of the Maya civilization and one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. During our tour with our expert guide, we discover the magnificent Kukulkán Pyramid, the Ball Court, and ancient structures that reveal the astonishing genius of the Maya in mathematics and astronomy. After having lunch with local flavors of the region, we depart for Ik Kil Cenote, one of the most fascinating natural wonders of the Yucatán Peninsula. The free time and enjoyable swimming break we will give in this sacred natural pool, located meters below the surface and covered with ivy, offer the most unforgettable moments of the day. At the end of this special day where we witness the fascinating harmony of nature and history, we return to Cancún and our hotel. After our tour, free time and overnight stay at our hotel in Cancún. On Mexico tours; for passengers with new passports, passengers are not accepted by the police control during passport control if their first destination is Mexico. Guests must definitely keep their old passports with them if they have them, or attention should be paid to ensuring that the first country entry in the passport is not Mexico. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and archaeological sites. This situation is also valid against changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts are valid when accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies from country to country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. Transportation to the group's hotel if they use a different flight is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**Baggage weight is generally 20 Kg on flights departing from Turkey. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, baggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a refusal is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the risk of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotional designation, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are times notified by the airlines. Flight times in tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour can never be held responsible for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
