*** Due to the daylight starting late and getting dark early in the region, some activities may take place while it is dark. Our tour is characteristically an activity tour. The days and hours of activities may vary.

 

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of museums and archaeological sites. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who join the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**Luggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for plane ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**In order to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are presented based on hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with a promotion label, the locations of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times stated in programs are times notified by airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour can under no circumstances be held responsible for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
**In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
