         GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Optional tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Any price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour once the numbers are finalized.
• Our guide may change the days of the city tour or optional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and sites, provided that the content of our tours is adhered to. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and sites. It is a tour intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in times at hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out times are 10:00.
• Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. The breakfast content at the hotels in the visited country is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers or participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flight as the group. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on this domestic flight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa applications and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• The visa conditions specified in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status with the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with a passport with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered for sale based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location and content provided by our hotels may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or changes can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is in an upgradeable class. Not every flight in our programs guarantees miles.
• The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
• The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee on some airlines.
