GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation under 10 people, there may be a change in tour prices or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or the season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination; the guidance service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by PRONTOTOURS 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from within the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• PRONTOTOURS is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program in cases where the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible to conduct due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within the possibilities in areas where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as "or similar". Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type banknotes that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• It is mandatory to convey the tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations available below to the guests. PRONTOTOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and PRONTOTOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
• PRONTOTOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa in cases it deems necessary; PRONTOTOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. PRONTOTOURS only acts as an intermediary institution. PRONTOTOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When PRONTOTOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. PRONTOTOURS is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and this situation which may hinder the flight.
• The procurement of documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) needed by our passengers who will apply for their own visas takes 1 business day under normal conditions. Our guests must adjust their appointment dates and times by considering this period. Otherwise, PRONTOTOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the PRONTOTOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if PRONTOTOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees paid to the consulates for the visa, after presenting their passport within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiration date, proving that they have not used the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary firm and PRONTOTOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the aircraft type and time to change, and since availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of the contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given, and if there is a room suitable for this in the hotels, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests are required to have an international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether they obtain it from PRONTOTOURS or not, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering such a fine because they do not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/multiple countries, and since this situation is not under the control of PRONTOTOURS, it is accepted by the parties that PRONTOTOURS has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted on the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra trip is finished. At the end of the trip, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips may be organized on different days provided that the content does not change or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, PRONTOTOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, extra tours may not be held or there may be a price change.
• Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be held. PRONTOTOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. In case the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. In the relevant case, the rules of the airline company apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous article) themselves. Furthermore, due to missing the group's departure, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, the responsibility belongs to the guest. However, in case of traveling to the relevant city/country with a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can only perform upgrade transactions if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline company after their tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if there is availability, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and switch the ticket from the group class to the upgradeable economy class. The price difference that will occur in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.
• When leaving the transport vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels you stay in for a short time or completely, please make sure you have taken all your belongings.
• PRONTOTOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without disrupting the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary.
• PRONTOTOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• PRONTOTOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent form from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both mother and father if traveling with a third person. PRONTOTOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the lack of a consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
