ISTANBUL - PALERMO

After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we depart for Palermo with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. After our arrival according to local time, during the panoramic Palermo city tour to be held; Cathedral of San Giovanni, Politeama Square, Palazzo Normanni, Quattro Canti Square, Via Roma and Via Liberta Streets are among the places to be seen. After the tour, we move to our hotel, check into the rooms, and then have free time. Overnight at our hotel.

PALERMO (MONREALE & CEFALU)

Free time after breakfast in the morning. For our guests who wish, an optional Monreale and Cefalu Fishing Village Tour will be organized. After the tour, return to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

MONREALE - CEFALU FISHING VILLAGE TOUR 75 EURO (07-12 YEARS 45 EURO): In the Conca D'oro valley, 7 km away from Palermo, the Monreale Cathedral, built in the 12th century, which is a mixture of Arab, Byzantine, and Norman architectural styles and famous for its mosaics, and the Norman Palace are among the places to be seen. After Monreale, we depart for Cefalu, a typical fishing village on the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea. In this charming town, famous for its houses built into the rocks on the seashore, we visit the Cathedral Square, the historical laundry, and the fishermen's gate. Later, we will walk through the unique streets of Cefalu. Included services: Transportation + Guidance

PALERMO - CATANIA (SIRACUSA)

After checking out of the rooms and breakfast in the morning, we depart for Catania. After our arrival, during the panoramic Catania city tour to be held; Duomo Cathedral, Fontana Dell'elefante, Piazza Universita, and Etna Street are among the places to be seen. For our guests who wish, an optional Siracusa Tour will be organized. After the tour, we move to our hotel. After checking into the rooms, free time. Overnight at our hotel.

SIRACUSA TOUR 90 EURO (07-12 YEARS 60 EURO): In Siracusa, the most important city-state of the Ancient Greek Civilization, 55 km south of Catania, we visit the Greek Theater, the Garden of Paradise where the Ear of Dionysius cave is located, and the Roman amphitheater during our archaeological park tour. Then, we forget time in the fascinating streets of the island of Ortigia and meet the flavors of the Mediterranean in small restaurants, each more special than the other. CATANIA (ETNA & TAORMINA)

Free time after breakfast in the morning. For our guests who wish, they can join the optional Etna and Taormina Tour. They will see Etna, one of Europe's most active volcanoes, and Taormina, one of Italy's most stylish tourism centers. We recommend you not to miss this tour. After the tour, return to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

ETNA & TAORMINA & CATANIA 115 EURO (07-12 YEARS 60 EURO): We will start this tour in the early hours of the morning. Etna, with a height of 3,345 m and a surface area of 1250 km², is Europe's highest active volcanic mountain. We will see Silvestri, the 2nd crater at an altitude of 1800 m. Don't forget to take pieces of rock with smoke rising from them as souvenirs. In the afternoon, we will depart for Taormina, the pearl of the Ionian Sea and the most beautiful coastal city of Sicily. We will visit this charming town, which you will love with its streets and avenues, and souvenir shops, located at the foot of Mount Tauro, whose landscape you will not be able to get enough of, and then we will see the theater in Greek-Roman style. At the end of this tour, we will set off to return to Palermo. In addition to the Etna - Taormina trip, the 2nd largest city of the island of Sicily, Catania, will be visited. CATANIA - ISTANBUL

After breakfast in the morning, departure to Catania Airport at the time specified by our guide. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Arrival at Istanbul Airport according to local time and end of our tour.

TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides payment up to the tour price for guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa rejection and 15% for health reasons. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy.) It also includes many additional coverages from lost or damaged luggage to personal accident coverage.) In case of cancellation, the coverage is limited to 3000 euros per person.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Optional tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may change the days of the city tour or optional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and archaeological sites, provided that they adhere to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites. It is a tour intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out times are 10:00.
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited country is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. A continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flight as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on this domestic flight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information are charged to the guest.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa applications and does not provide any visa guarantee. It is not Prontotour's responsibility if the consulate does not grant a visa or refuses it.
The visa conditions specified in our programs are stated based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests who have passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months, based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with a passport with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered for sale based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or change can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is in an upgradeable class. Not every flight in our programs guarantees miles.
The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee on some airlines.
