We meet at the Istanbul Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our Singapore flight begins with the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. We spend the night on the plane.
After arriving in Singapore, we move to our private bus waiting for us at the airport. We start our program with a panoramic Singapore city tour. In our Singapore city tour; the Singapore River, Parliament-Opera-Court buildings, and the Merlion statue are among the places we will see. In the evening, we depart for our extra ''Garden By The Bay'' (65 Euro) tour with our guests who wish. We will witness Singapore's unique sparkling states at night and take a walk on its streets that are alive at all hours of the day. Our first stop during our trip will be the world-famous Gardens by the Bay. Gardens by the Bay is a 101-hectare (250-acre) nature park in Singapore's Central Region, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. The park consists of three waterfront gardens. Bay South Garden (Marina South), Bay East Garden (Marina East), and Bay Central Garden (in Central and Kallang). The largest of the gardens is the 54-hectare (130-acre) Bay South Garden, designed by Grant Associates. The Flower Dome is the world's largest glass greenhouse. 50 million visitors, which was accepted as a world record in 2018, have visited this garden. Siam Niramit Show, which presents Thai culture and history to its audience with unique choreographies, promises an unforgettable evening to its viewers with its massive stage, cast of over 150 dancers, and the latest stage technology in the world. We watch 4D effects, eye-catching stage costumes, aerial ballet, acrobatics, and the narration of Thai culture in a fairy-tale language with light and stage decorations in a magical atmosphere. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our full-day Phi Phi Island (70 Euro) tour with lunch with our guests who wish. Fast transportation to Phi Phi Don, the first of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket, with our speedboats. We visit Maya Bay, where some parts of the movie "The Beach" starring Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio were filmed, with its beach adorned with palm trees and clean turquoise sea. We stop by Phi Phi Ley in second place. Here we visit the Viking Cave. Our lunch is on Phi Phi Island. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Phuket and free time to rest. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our full-day James Bond Island (70 Euro) tour with lunch with our guests who wish. Our first stop with our tour boat will be Panak and Hong islands, which have been the subject of many documentaries. An adventure where you will witness magnificent nature views among bays and caves during this trip we will make with our private canoes awaits you. After the lunch we will have on our boat as an open buffet, our next stop is James Bond Island, where the "The Man with the Golden Gun" episode of James Bond was filmed. We see the famous rock and beach on this island and give free time to shop from the Muslim villagers on the island and take plenty of photos. Our last stop after James Bond Island will be Lawa Island or Naka Island, where we can snorkel, swim, sunbathe on the beach, and relax (to be decided according to weather conditions). After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to Phuket airport at the time to be specified by your guide. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, transfer to Bangkok with local airlines. After our arrival in Bangkok, we move to our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Then we depart for our panoramic Bangkok city tour. In our tour, Chinatown, Flower Market, Democracy Monument and Avenue, Ministries Avenue, Parliament Building, and the Royal Palace, which has hosted the Siam Kingdom since 1782 and houses the management and living areas of the current royal family members, are among the places to be seen panoramically. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our optional 'Floating Market' (55 Euro) tour for those who wish to join. On this tour, we leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in the town of Samut Songkhram, the birthplace of the world-famous Siamese Twins. Here, we learn about how the Thai people utilize coconut trees and see souvenirs made from this wood. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. Departing from here, after a bus ride of about 10 minutes, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. We board the boats and, after a pleasant half-hour journey accompanied by delicious exotic Far East scenery, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has been featured on magazine covers. During our tour, you will see the open market set up inside single-oar boats on the river and have the opportunity to shop. We visit the floating market until it closes at noon. On the way back, we will visit a wood carving workshop where the most beautiful examples of wood carving are found, and we will see how precious woods such as rosewood and teak are perfectly shaped in the hands of artists. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste the most famous tropical fruits of Thailand, which your guide will provide. After our tour, we return to our hotel. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the closed status of museums and archaeological sites, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or change can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, sales above capacity, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
