• The transfer vehicle is allocated for optional tours outside of the services included in the program. It cannot be used as a transfer for hotel-city center. 
• TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to health issues with a payment up to the tour amount. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa-related cancellations and 20% in other cases. Details of coverage are included in the insurance policy terms. Additionally, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss, damage, and baggage theft to personal accident coverage.) In cancellation coverage, the tour amount is limited to 3,000 euros per person.
• The travel assurance package fee varies in proportion to your tour amount.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Optional tours are operated with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour once the numbers are finalized.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of museums and archaeological sites. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include entrances to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-bed room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-bed room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfasts in a separate hall. A continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and a croissant, and varies depending on the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight limit is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight limit for these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• The name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passport holder.
• It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• In our tours with a promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests wishing to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is held) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may lengthen in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
