• The transfer vehicle is allocated for optional tours outside the services included in the program. It cannot be used as a transfer to the hotel-city center.
• TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Ensures payment equal to the tour price to guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa-related cancellations, and 20% in other cases. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy.. In addition, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss, damage, and baggage theft to personal accident coverage.) In the cancellation coverage, the tour price is limited to 3000 euros per person.
• The travel assurance package fee varies in proportion to your tour price.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and ruins. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and ruin entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3 people) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts are valid if accommodated in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfasts in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies by country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a refusal is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with other country passports can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being accepted into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international roaming before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• Our tours with a promotion label may differ in the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided compared to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
