• TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides guests who encounter visa rejection or guests who cannot join the tour due to health issues with a payment equal to the tour price. (The insured participation share (exemption) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 25% for cancellations related to visas, and 20% in other cases. Coverage details are included in the insurance specification. Additionally, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss, damage and baggage theft, to personal accident coverage.) In cancellation coverage, the tour price is limited to 3000 euros per person.
• Travel assurance package fee varies proportionally with your tour price.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur are informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and ancient sites are closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3 people) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and shows variations depending on the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• Generally, the baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage weight on these domestic flights can drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a rejection is not under Prontotour's responsibility.
• Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end of the travel date. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being taken into the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether every flight in our programs is not given a mile guarantee.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
