It is recommended to be ready in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, departure for Stuttgart at 07.50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1701. After arriving in Stuttgart at local time 09.50, we start our city tour with our private vehicle waiting at the area. Stuttgart, the capital of Germany's Baden-Württemberg state; is one of the prominent cities with its historical buildings, wide squares, green areas, and automotive industry. During our city tour, Schlossplatz considered the center of the city, Neues Schloss, Altes Schloss, historical Stiftskirche, and Königstraße, one of the most lively streets of Stuttgart, are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we depart for Strasbourg, the center of the Alsace region. With our arrival in Strasbourg, the places to be seen during our city tour will be the Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petite France region surrounded by traditional Alsace houses. FAIRY TALE VILLAGES OF ALSACE TOUR (110 EURO)
Our first stop on our tour will be Eguisheim, chosen as the "Favorite Village of the French" in 2013. After our trip in Eguisheim, known for its colorful houses reflecting the traditional architecture of the Alsace region, narrow streets, and historical texture, we depart for Colmar. Known for its structures preserved from the Middle Ages to the present, canals, and colorful houses, Colmar's places to be seen include St. Martin's Church, Little Venice, Maison Pfister, and Maison des Têtes. After our tour, we depart for Kaysersberg. In the town, which stands out with its medieval streets and historical buildings, Kaysersberg Castle and Sainte-Croix Church are among the places to be seen. Our first stop on our tour will be the Rhine Falls located in the Schaffhausen region of Switzerland. After free time given at the Rhine Falls, which has a width of approximately 150 meters and a height of 23 meters, we depart for Zurich. During our city tour in Zurich, Switzerland's largest city, Grossmünster and Fraumünster churches, St. Peter's Church, the historical city center, and the city's shopping street Bahnhofstrasse will be among the places to be seen. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and historical sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Generally, check-in time at hotels is 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. Breakfasts to be received at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who join the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**In order to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may be prolonged in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
