Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Prontotour.

Our hotels may change as ''and similar'' due to operational reasons, while remaining loyal to the promised star and category standards.
In cases where only category information is given without specifying the hotel name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Prontotour 48 hours before the trip departure.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances further than the specified kms. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 15 days before the departure date of the tour.

Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-away and coach bed types, tour participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the crowding and bed type that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying in the room with 2 adults and fitting the age group.

Breakfasts included in the tour package are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with the guide's explanation from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or historical site entrances. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to roads not being allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or closed roads due to any event, or when it becomes impossible to perform the tour due to weather conditions, Prontotour is not responsible for the failure to perform the said tours. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot within possibilities in areas where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.

Extra tours are organized by our local service provider Prontotour with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, the excursions cannot be operated or extra excursion prices, content, and vehicles to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.

Extra tours depend on the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are considered to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest area on the way. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest area before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
