GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
** Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with a few alternatives. Programs with different hotel categories share the same guide and transfer vehicle, but their hotels are different.
** Cancellations and changes cannot be made by our guests in our promotional tours. Please pay attention to the sales contract of the tour you purchased.
** Hotel distances are far from city centers in our promotional tours.  
** In line with the requests from our guests, 2 different hotel categories may be opened for a program. The guide and buses used for these programs are common.
** Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and if not confirmed by the hotels, the room type must be changed. In this case, the Single room difference will be requested from our guests. In triple rooms, the 3rd beds are extra beds or sofa beds and are smaller than standard beds. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms, and the rooms are smaller than standard rooms.  
** Our program is a group program, and group reservations are made from hotels. The content of group continental breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are served in a separate hall in hotels of some countries.
** Child discounts are valid if they stay in the same room with 2 adults.
** The baggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. This weight can drop to 15 Kg on domestic flights in the visited countries. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
** Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a refusal is not the responsibility of Prontotour. Visa conditions in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport must check their visa status from the consulates and/or our Prontotour visa department.
** While leaving the vehicles you used and the hotels you stayed in during your trip, please make sure you have taken your belongings completely.
** Extra tours are valid with a participation of minimum 20 people. For participations below 20 people, the differences that will occur due to costs are reflected in the sales price. The price difference is informed by our guide before the tour. The days of extra tours can be changed in case museums and historical sites are closed, or due to a state of emergency or weather conditions that may occur in the region visited.
** Check-in time at hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
** The times of domestic flights included in our tours may change. Final time and airline information must be confirmed 48 hours before the tour. Changes can be made in the content of the program according to connecting flight times.
** Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or extra tours, remaining loyal to the content of our tours.
** Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In addition, torn, damaged passports may not be accepted by border police.
** Panoramic city tours do not include museum and site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
** To use your mobile phones abroad, check with your carrier company before leaving Turkey to see if your phone is open for international use.
** In the event that our guests who join the group without flights join the group with another flight, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility.
** During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The no-show fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
** Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only perform upgrade procedures if there is availability on the Turkish Airlines flight after their tickets are issued. However, the airplane seats in our programs are group seats. Group tickets are issued a few days before the tour's departure. We kindly ask you to check whether the group tickets of the program are from the upgrade class before registration.
** Flight times specified in the programs are taken from Turkish Airlines and other local carriers. Our agency cannot be held strictly responsible for any changes that may come to flight times, flight cancellations, delays arising from technical malfunctions of the aircraft, or the passenger missing domestic or international domestic flights/connections.
** In our tours without a guide, at the points where transfers will be made, make sure to check the transfer time and from which gate/terminal your other plane will depart from the screens. If you deem it necessary, make sure to ask the airline/airport information desk.
** Instead of the airlines to be flown on intercountry and domestic flights specified in the program, flights can be made with another local carrier / carriers. Therefore, transfer points may increase and times may vary. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in this case.
** Road distances given in the program are official KM distances. However, when encountering situations such as traffic, weather conditions, road works, geographical location of the visited country, and road conditions, the approximate times given may change.
** Prontotour can change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
