GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes may occur in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour or optional tours depending on the number of participants and the closing status of the museum and archaeological sites, provided that they stick to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include entrances to museums and archaeological sites. It is a tour aimed at giving general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are given subject to availability. 3-person room reservation is made according to availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 - 15:00. Check-out times are 10:00.
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at the hotels in the country visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without a flight may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flight with the group. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight of flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage weight in this domestic flight can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets that will occur from incorrect information are charged to the guest.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa acquisitions and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa conditions specified in our programs are stated based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests having another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being taken into the country by the passport police of the country they travel to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
• In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, concerts, hotels far from the center can be used.
• Some of our programs are offered for sale based on hotels with multiple alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option can be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation or change cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade operations depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is from an upgradable class. Every flight in our programs does not guarantee miles.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours before. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and our passengers. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delay, cancellation, airport and airline change, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee in some airlines.
• The procedures of our guests requesting visa service will be carried out by our partner company specified below.
