IMPORTANT NOTES!

***Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days prior to tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Prontotour.

*****Our hotels may vary as ‘’or similar’’ due to operational reasons, while adhering to the committed star and category standards.
***In cases where only category information is given without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Prontotour 48 hours before the trip departure.

***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances further than the specified kms. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 15 days before the tour departure date.

*** Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out and coach bed types, tour participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the crowding and bed type that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults and fitting the age group.

***Breakfasts included in the tour program services are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and usually with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.

***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide explanations from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or historical site entrances. Prontotour is not responsible for the failure to perform the aforementioned tours due to weather conditions, or if they cannot take place due to local authorities prohibiting visits/entries on the day and time corresponding to the tour for any reason, or due to closed roads resulting from any event, including other tours specified in the program. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot within the limits of possibilities at points with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

***Optional tours are organized by our local service provider Prontotour with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the sufficient number cannot be reached, the excursions cannot be operated or optional excursion prices, contents, and vehicles to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites in the destinations and weather conditions.

***Optional tours are based on participant request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area located along the way. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest area before the optional tour begins and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

*** Prontotour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, or hours may change before the existing trip and flight. Prontotour is obliged to report these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time changes.

GENERAL TERMS

General terms are an inseparable part of the 'Tour Brochure' and 'Tour Registration Agreement' and cannot be considered independently.

• Our Tour Program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operation.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Tours can be combined with tours of other agencies. In such cases, Prontotour guests are under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
• Prices in all our package programs are limited to quotas up to a minimum of 10 people, and price increases may apply for groups exceeding this number of people. Please ask for price information.
• If the passport issuance date on regular passports is more than 10 years, and more than 5 years for other passport types, the person participating in the trip cannot travel abroad and visa processing cannot be done on the passport, even if they have a valid visa. Please check your passport information and details.
• Passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months as of the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic) from Turkish Citizens or Foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa, when exiting through Turkish customs. For this reason, passports with less than 6 months validity are not approved by our agency. Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger due to passport holders with less than 6 months validity failing to join the tour.
• Prontotour acts as an intermediary with consumers participating in the trip, ships, hotels, carrier companies, and any third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the trip. For this reason, the parties know that consumers applying and registering for the trip with the Agency do not have any existing responsibility on the part of the Agency due to the Agency not having the status of the operator, for any disruptions, material and moral damage accidents, accommodation deficiencies or faulty services of facilities arising from the failure of consumers to be present in the vehicle programs, hours, places contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; any delays in land, air and sea vehicles, strikes, terror, war and the possibility of war and similar force majeure reasons, the fault of the transport vehicle operator or personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical matters, and that the Agency is not directly responsible as the primary obligor.
• It is required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on all customs-cleared international departures. Especially guests coming from other cities by domestic flights to ports or airports must adjust their flight times according to the time required to be at the port. The responsibility for being late and/or failing to join the tour for this reason belongs to the passenger, and Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to complete check-in procedures personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between our airline and passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Breakfasts included in the services in the tour program, taken at the hotel, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee called Continental breakfast, and can be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
• Triple rooms can be provided according to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out and coach bed types, tour participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion and bed type that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults - matching the age group.
• Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before reservation.
• In cases where children under 18 years of age, not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the consent letters required for participation in the tour with them during the travel.
• Panoramic city tour is a 2-3 hour tour organized for the introduction of cities and can be organized on different days provided that its content does not change. It does not include museum and historical site entrances. Optional tours are carried out with the number of persons to be determined by the tour leader, and their days can be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or gone to for any reason are not operated. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for the failure to operate these excursions or tours.
• Health problems, pregnancy status, medications in continuous use and reports related to these medications must be kept with them by persons during their participation in the tour.
• On optional tours to be made along the way, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to resting areas where they can benefit from public transport vehicles located along the way before entering the city.
• Tour - Airport - Tour Leader - Hotel notifications will be made by your sales consultant via e-mail and verbally 48 hours before the tour departure.
• A passport has the nature of an official document and passport police have the authority to refuse entry to the country for reasons such as any damage, staining, or tearing especially in the stitching or pages. In such a case, the responsibility rests with the passenger.
• Since tickets will be arranged as group reservations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return ticket will also lose its validity.
