GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If the required participation for the trip is not met, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Prontotour.
• Our hotels may vary as "or similar" due to operational reasons, while adhering to the promised star and category standards.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Prontotour 48 hours before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are "folding" or "coach beds," the 3rd person and/or child participants in the reservation are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults who fits the age group.
• Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, usually consisting of a limited menu called a continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee), and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from within the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Prontotour is not responsible for the non-realization of these tours if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing visits/entries on the day and time of the tour, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions, including other tours mentioned in the program. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in case of road closures or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Extra tours are organized by the local Prontotour service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the trips cannot be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions.
• Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers are dropped off at a rest facility on the route before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip and flight. Prontotour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time changes.
• All extra activities such as ATV safari, boat tours, diving, jeep safari, parachuting, hot air balloon, etc., which are not included in the package tour program, are outside the scope of the Package Tour Contract and are separate services. These services are not organized by our agency and are provided by independent third-party service providers. Guests purchase these activities at their own request and initiative and accept that they establish a direct contractual relationship with the relevant service provider. Our agency is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during extra tours; responsibility belongs to the company providing the service. The guest acknowledges that they are aware that such activities involve risks, that their health condition is suitable for participation, and that all responsibility belongs to them. Furthermore, these activities are outside the scope of insurance.

GENERAL TERMS

General terms are an integral part of the 'Tour Brochure' and 'Tour Registration Contract' and cannot be considered independently.

• Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If the required participation for the trip is not met, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operation.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Tours may be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, Prontotour guests are under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
• Prices in all our package programs are limited to quotas of up to a minimum of 10 people, and there may be price increases for groups exceeding this number. Please ask for price information.
• If the passport issuance date is more than 10 years ago for normal passports, and more than 5 years for other passport types, the person participating in the trip cannot travel abroad even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing cannot be done for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
• Passport police require a minimum of 6 months of validity as of the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic) from Turkish citizens or foreign nationals when exiting Turkey's customs. For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months of validity. Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger if passport holders with less than 6 months of validity cannot participate in the tour.
• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip and third parties and legal entities providing ships, hotels, carriers, and other services related to the trip. Therefore, the parties acknowledge that the Agency is not responsible for the failure of consumers who register for the trip to be present at the shown vehicle programs, times, and places contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transport; for any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for any disruptions, material or moral damages, accidents, or faulty services of accommodation facilities arising from strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, force majeure events, the fault of the person using the transport vehicle, or the personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical issues, as the Agency does not have the capacity of an operator and is not directly responsible as the primary perpetrator.
• For all international departures through customs, it is required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time. Especially guests coming from other cities by domestic flights to ports or airports must adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Responsibility for missing the tour due to lateness for this reason belongs to the passenger, and Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to perform check-in procedures personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, usually consisting of a limited menu called a Continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee), and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.

• Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before booking.
• In cases where children under 18 years of age who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms for tour participation during the trip.
• The panoramic city tour is a 2-3 hour tour organized for the introduction of cities and can be organized on different days provided that the content does not change. It does not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days can be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or gone to for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for the non-realization of these trips or tours.
• Individuals must carry their health problems, pregnancy status, medications they use continuously, and relevant reports regarding these medications with them during the tour.
• For extra tours to be carried out on the route, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can benefit from public transport vehicles before entering the city.
• Tour - Airport - Tour Leader - Hotel information will be provided by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours before the tour departure.
• A passport is an official document, and the passport police have the authority to deny entry to the country for reasons such as the passport being damaged, soiled, or having tears, especially in the stitching or pages. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa application for Turkish citizens for this program. The passport police have the authority to deny entry to the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
