GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If the required participation for the trip is not reached, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Prontotour.
• Our hotels may change to "or similar" due to operational reasons, while adhering to the promised star and category standards.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Prontotour 48 hours before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are "foldable" or "coach beds", the 3rd person and/or child participants are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults who fits the age group.
• Breakfasts included in the tour package are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally consisting of a limited menu called continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee), and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for a general introduction to the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Prontotour is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours (including other tours mentioned in the program) if they cannot take place due to roads closed by local authorities, events, or weather conditions on the day and time of the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in areas where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• Extra tours are organized by the local Prontotour service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra trips may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions.
• Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers are dropped off at a rest facility on the route before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip and flight. Prontotour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time changes.
• All extra activities not included in the package tour program, such as ATV safari, boat tour, diving, jeep safari, parachute, hot air balloon, etc., are outside the scope of the Package Tour Contract and are separate services. These services are not organized by our agency but are provided by independent third-party service providers. Guests purchase these activities at their own request and initiative and acknowledge that they establish a direct contractual relationship with the relevant service provider. Our agency is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during extra tours; responsibility lies with the company providing the service. The guest acknowledges that they know these activities involve risks, that their health status is suitable for participation, and that all responsibility belongs to them. Furthermore, these activities are outside the scope of insurance.

GENERAL TERMS

General terms are an integral part of the 'Tour Brochure' and 'Tour Registration Contract' and cannot be considered independently.

• Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If the required participation for the trip is not reached, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operation.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Tours may be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, Prontotour guests are under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
• Prices in all our package programs are limited to quotas of up to a minimum of 10 people, and price increases may occur for groups exceeding this number. Please ask for price information.
• If the issuance date of a regular passport is more than 10 years ago, or more than 5 years for other passport types, the person participating in the trip cannot travel abroad even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing cannot be done on the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
• Passport police require a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel for all passport types (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic) for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals when exiting Turkish customs, even if they have a passport with a valid visa. For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Prontotour has no compensation obligation towards the passenger if passport holders with less than 6 months validity cannot participate in the tour.
• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip and the ship, hotel, carrier companies, and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the trip. Therefore, the parties know that consumers who register for the trip by applying to the Agency do not have any responsibility due to the Agency not being the operator in case of failure to be present at the shown vehicle programs, times, and places contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transport; any delays in land, air, and sea vehicles; strikes, terrorism, war, and the possibility of war or similar force majeure; any malfunctions, material or moral damages, accidents, or faulty services of accommodation facilities arising from the fault of the person using the transport vehicle, personal faults of third parties, or unforeseeable technical issues; and that the Agency is not directly responsible as the primary perpetrator.
• For all international departures through customs, it is necessary to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time. Especially guests coming from other cities by domestic flights to ports or airports must adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Responsibility for lateness and/or inability to participate in the tour due to this reason belongs to the passenger, and Prontotour has no compensation obligation towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to perform check-in procedures personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally consisting of a limited menu called Continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee), and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.

• Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before booking.
• In cases where children under 18 years of age, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms during the trip.
• The panoramic city tour is a 2-3 hour tour organized for the introduction of cities and may be organized on different days provided that the content does not change. It does not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
• Individuals must carry their health problems, pregnancy status, medications they use continuously, and reports related to these medications with them during the tour.
• For extra tours to be held on the route, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can benefit from public transport vehicles before entering the city.
• Tour - Airport - Tour Leader - Hotel information will be provided by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours before the tour departure.
• A passport is an official document, and passport police have the authority to deny entry if it is damaged, soiled, or has tears, especially in the stitching or pages. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa application for Turkish citizens for this program. Passport police have the authority to deny entry to the passenger. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
