GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Our Tour Program is organized with a certain participation requirement. In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operation.

• Our hotels may vary due to operational reasons, while adhering to the committed star and category standards.

• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

• Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In such cases, Prontotour guests are under the responsibility of Prontotour.

• For ordinary passports, if the issuance date is more than 10 years, and for other passport types, if it is more than 5 years, the person participating in the trip cannot go abroad and visa processing cannot be done on the passport, even if the person has a valid visa. Please check your passport information and details.

• Passport police, while exiting from Turkish customs, require a minimum validity of 6 months as of the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic) from Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa. For this reason, passports with less than 6 months validity are not approved by our agency. Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger due to the inability of passport holders with less than 6 months validity to participate in the tour.

• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the consumers who will participate in the trip and the ship, hotel, carrier companies, and any third party or legal entity providing other services related to the trip. Therefore, the parties know that the Agency has no current responsibility and is not directly responsible as the primary actor for any disruptions resulting from the failure of consumers who registered for the trip by applying to it to be present in the vehicle programs, hours, and places shown, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transport, any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles, strikes, terror, war and possibility of war, these or similar force majeure reasons, the fault of the person using the transport vehicle or personal faults of third parties or unpredictable technical matters, material and moral damage accidents, or deficient or faulty services of accommodation facilities, as the Agency does not have the status of an operator.

• For all customs international departures, it is required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests coming to ports or airports via domestic flights from other cities should adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. In case of delay and/or inability to participate in the tour for this reason, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to perform check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.

• Prontotour is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

• Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are served with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, generally called Continental breakfast, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

• Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out and coach beds, participants in the tour for 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child fitting the age group staying next to 2 adults.

• Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before reservation.

• In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the necessary consent letters for participation in the tour with the persons during the trip.

• Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours organized for the introduction of cities and can be organized on different days provided that the content does not change. It does not include museum and archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on the weather conditions. Trips or tours not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.

• Persons should have their health problems, pregnancy status, medications they use continuously, and the relevant reports regarding these medications with them when participating in the tour.

• In extra tours to be made on the way, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed to resting areas where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles located on the way by the tour leader before entering the city.

• Tour – Airport – Tour Leader - Hotel information will be provided by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours before the tour departure.

• A passport is an official document and the passport police have the authority not to admit you into the country for reasons such as it being damaged, soiled, or especially having tears in the stitching or pages. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

• A passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and documents requested by the consulate are required for visa application. There is no visa application for passengers with Turkish passports for participation in this tour. Persons who wish to participate in the Dubrovnik Extra tour must obtain a Croatian visa. Those with a valid Schengen visa or Green passport holders do not need to obtain a visa to participate in the Dubrovnik tour. Having a visa does not mean that entry to the country can be made. The passport police have the authority not to admit the passenger into the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

• All extra activities such as Atv safari, boat tour, diving, jeep safari, parachute, hot air balloon and similar activities not included in the package tour program are outside the scope of the Package Tour Contract and are of a separate service nature. These services are not organized by our agency, but are provided by independent third-party service providers. Guests purchase these activities of their own will and initiative and accept that they establish a direct contractual relationship with the relevant service provider. Our agency is not responsible for any accidents, injuries and damages that may occur during extra tours; the responsibility belongs to the company providing the service. The guest accepts that they know that these types of activities involve risk, that their health status is suitable for participation and that all responsibility belongs to them. Furthermore, these activities are outside the scope of insurance.
