• TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE  (Provides payment up to the tour amount for guests facing visa rejection or unable to join the tour due to health issues. (An 18% exemption is applied by the insurance company over the total amount. Additionally, it covers many extra benefits from luggage loss and damage to theft and personal accident coverage.) In cancellation coverage, the tour amount is limited to 3000 euros per person.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:

** Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. Programs with different hotel categories share the same guide and transfer vehicle, but their hotels are different.

** Cancellations and modifications cannot be made by our guests on our promotional tours. Please pay attention to the sales contract of the tour you purchased.

** In our promotional tours, hotel distances are far from city centers. They do not include city center transfer services.

** 2 different hotel categories may be opened in some programs. The guide and buses used for these programs are shared.

** TRP rooms are subject to hotel availability, and if not confirmed by the hotels, the room type must be changed. In this case, the resulting Single room difference will be requested from our guests. In TRP rooms, the 3rd beds are extra beds or sofa beds and are smaller than standard beds. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in TRP rooms, and the rooms are smaller than standard rooms, therefore congestion may occur in TRP rooms.

** In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
 3 separate beds are not provided. Some hotels have bunk bed systems.
** Triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. TRP rooms are smaller as a result of the extra bed. Some hotels do not have dbl beds and TWN beds are provided.
** In Double+Child (2 adults+1 child) rooms, there may not be a separate bed for the child.

** Our program is a group program, and group reservations are made from the hotels. The content of group continental breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are served in a separate hall in some countries' hotels.

** Child discounts are valid if they stay in the same room with 2 adults.

** Baggage weight is generally 20 Kg. on flights originating from Turkey. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country visited. On domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under Prontotour's responsibility.

** Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not issuing a visa or giving a rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility. Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with another country's passport must check their visa status from the consulates and/or our Prontotour visa department.

** While leaving the vehicles you used and the hotels you stayed at during your trip, please make sure that you have taken your belongings completely.

** Optional tours are valid with a minimum participation of 20 people. In participations under 20 people, the differences that will occur due to costs are reflected in the sales price. The price difference is informed by our guide before the tour. The days of optional tours can be changed in case museums and archaeological sites are closed, or due to a state of emergency or weather conditions that may occur in the region visited.

** Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).

** The times of domestic flights included in our tours may change. Final time and airline information must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the tour. Changes can be made in the content of the program according to connecting flight times.

** Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, staying loyal to the content of our tours.

** Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In addition, torn or damaged passports may not be accepted by border police.

** Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.

** To use your mobile phones abroad, check with your carrier company before leaving Turkey to see if your phone is open for international use.

** In the event that our guests who join the group without a flight join the group with another flight, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility.

** During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes that will occur due to incorrect information are reflected to the guests.

** Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can only perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, provided there is availability on the Turkish Airlines flight. However, the flight seats in our programs are group seats. Group tickets are issued a few days before the tour's departure. We kindly ask you to check whether the group tickets of the program are from the upgrade class before registration.

** Flight times specified in the programs were taken from THY and other local carriers. Our agency can never be held responsible for disruptions or problems that may arise from any changes to flight times, flight cancellations, technical malfunctions of the aircraft, or the passenger missing domestic or international domestic flights/connections.

** On our tours without a guide, at the transfer points, make sure to check the screens for the transfer time and which gate/terminal your other flight will depart from. If you deem it necessary, be sure to ask the airline/airport information desk.
** Instead of the airlines to be flown on intercountry and domestic routes specified in the program, flights can be made with another local carrier/carriers. Therefore, transfer points may increase and times may vary. In this case, Prontotour cannot be held responsible.

** The road distances given in the program are official KM distances. However, when encountering situations such as traffic, weather conditions, road works, the geographical location and road conditions of the visited country, the approximate times given may change.
** Prontotour can change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program in force majeure or necessary situations.

** If you have Travel Health Insurance, please take a copy of your contract with you.

** Some of our group flight tickets are not purchased from the mileage class. No guarantee of earning miles from flight tickets is given.

** On some flights, catering service and online check-in are subject to a fee.
