GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement. If the required participation for the trip is not met, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you by the operation department.

• Our hotels may change to "similar" ones due to operational reasons, while adhering to the promised star and category standards.

• In cases where only category information is provided without naming the hotel in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

• Tours may be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, Prontotour guests are under the responsibility of Prontotour.

• If the passport issuance date is more than 10 years ago for regular passports, or more than 5 years ago for other passport types, the person traveling cannot go abroad even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing cannot be performed on the passport. Please check your passport information and details.

• Passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel for all passport types (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic) for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals when departing from Turkish customs. For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months of validity. Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger if they cannot join the tour due to holding a passport with less than 6 months of validity.

• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip and the cruise lines, hotels, carriers, and all other third parties and legal entities providing services related to the trip. Therefore, the parties acknowledge that the consumer who registers for the trip by applying to the Agency is aware that the Agency is not the operator and has no direct liability as the primary party for any failures, material or moral damages, accidents, or faulty services of accommodation facilities arising from the failure to be present at the specified vehicle programs, times, or locations contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the service providers, any delays in land, air, and sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, war, and the possibility of war, or similar force majeure events, errors by the transport operator, personal faults of third parties, or unforeseen technical issues.

• For all international departures, you must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time. Guests arriving from other cities via domestic flights to ports or airports must adjust their flight times according to the required arrival time at the port. Responsibility for missing the tour due to late arrival rests with the passenger, and Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to perform check-in procedures personally 24 hours before the tour departure.

• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

• Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, known as a Continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and bed type in the room for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child who fits the age group and stays with 2 adults.

• Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before booking.

• In cases where children under 18 years of age do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms during the trip.

• Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized for the introduction of cities and may be held on different days provided that the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.

• Individuals must carry their health reports, pregnancy status documents, and reports related to medications they use continuously during the tour.

• For extra tours to be conducted on the way, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can utilize public transport before entering the city.

• Tour - Airport - Tour Leader - Hotel information will be provided by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours before the tour departure.

• A passport is an official document, and the passport police have the authority to deny entry if it is damaged, soiled, or has tears, especially in the stitching or pages. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa requirement for Turkish passport holders to participate in this tour. Those who wish to participate in the Dubrovnik Extra tour must obtain a Croatian visa. Those with a valid Schengen visa or holders of a Green passport do not need to obtain a visa to participate in the Dubrovnik tour. Having a visa does not mean entry to the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny entry. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

• All extra activities not included in the package tour program, such as ATV safari, boat tour, diving, jeep safari, parachute, hot air balloon, etc., are outside the scope of the Package Tour Contract and are separate services. These services are not organized by our agency and are provided by independent third-party service providers. Guests purchase these activities at their own request and initiative and acknowledge that they establish a direct contractual relationship with the relevant service provider. Our agency is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during extra tours; responsibility lies with the company providing the service. The guest acknowledges that they are aware these activities involve risks, that their health status is suitable for participation, and that all responsibility rests with them. Furthermore, these activities are not covered by insurance.
