***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Prontotour.

**** Our hotels may vary as ''and similar'' due to operational reasons, while adhering to the promised star and category standards.
***In cases where only category information is given without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Prontotour 48 hours before the trip departure.

***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances further than the specified kms. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 15 days before the departure date of the tour.

*** Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called fold-out and coach beds, 3rd person and/or child participants in tour reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion and bed type that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying next to 2 adults - matching the age group.

***Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour program, are served with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, generally called continental breakfast, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, and can be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities, made panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or historical site entrances. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place due to roads closed or not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and hour corresponding to the tour, or due to any event, or in cases where it becomes impossible to make the tour due to weather conditions, Prontotour is not responsible for the failure to make the said tours. Some tours can be made by public transport or on foot within the possibilities at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

***Optional tours are organized by our local service provider Prontotour with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient number cannot be provided, trips cannot be made or optional trip prices, content, vehicle to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, historical sites and weather conditions in the places to be visited.

***Optional tours depend on the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait in a suitable resting facility on the way. These passengers are left at the roadside resting facility before the optional tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.

*** Prontotour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, or hours may change before the existing trip and flight. Prontotour is obliged to report these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time change.

***All optional activities such as ATV safari, boat tour, diving, jeep safari, parachute, hot air balloon and similar activities not included in the package tour program are outside the scope of the Package Tour Contract and are a separate service. These services are not organized by our agency, but are provided by independent third-party service providers. Guests purchase these activities at their own request and initiative, and accept that they establish a direct contractual relationship with the relevant service provider. Our agency is not responsible for any accidents, injuries and damages that may occur during optional tours; responsibility belongs to the company providing the service. The guest accepts that they know that such activities involve risks, their health condition is suitable for participation and all responsibility belongs to them. In addition, these activities are outside the scope of insurance.

GENERAL TERMS

General terms are an inseparable part of the 'Tour Brochure' and the 'Tour Registration Agreement' and cannot be considered independently.

1. Our Tour Program is organized with a certain participation condition. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operation.
2. In cases where only category information is given without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
3. Tours can be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, Prontotour guests are under Prontotour's responsibility.
4. This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
5. Our prices in all our package programs are limited to quotas up to a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for your groups with a higher number of people. Please ask for price information.
6. If the passport issue date is more than 10 years old for regular passports and more than 5 years old for other passport types, the person participating in the trip cannot go abroad and visa issuance cannot be done on the passport, even if they have a valid visa. Please check your passport information and details.
7. Passport police require a minimum validity condition of 6 months as of the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic) from Turkish Citizens or Foreign nationals even if they have a passport with a valid visa when exiting from Turkey customs. For this reason, passports with less than 6 months validity are not approved by our agency. Prontotour has no compensation obligation towards the passenger due to passport holders with less than 6 months validity not being able to participate in the tour.
8. Prontotour acts as an intermediary with consumers participating in the trip, ship, hotel, carrier companies and any third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the trip. Therefore, consumers who register for the trip by applying to it, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transport; that they are not present in the shown vehicle programs, hours, places, all kinds of delays of land, sea and air vehicles, strike, terror, war and the possibility of war or similar force majeure reasons, all kinds of disruptions caused by the fault of the user of the transportation vehicle or personal faults of third parties or unforeseen technical issues, material and moral damaged accidents, accommodation missing or faulty services of facilities, Since the Agency does not have the title of operator, the parties know that there is no current responsibility, that it is not directly responsible as the primary failure.
9. In all customs international exits, it is required to be ready at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the departure day. Especially guests who will come to ports or airports with domestic flights from other cities need to adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Responsibility for being late and/or not being able to participate in the tour due to this reason belongs to the passenger, and Prontotour has no compensation obligation towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to do check-in procedures personally 24 hours before tour departure.
10. Prontotour; acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers, and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
11. Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour program, are served with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, generally called Continental breakfast, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, and can be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
12. Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called fold-out and coach beds, tour participant 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion and bed type that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying next to 2 adults - matching the age group.
13. Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before reservation.
14. In cases where children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the consent forms required for participation in the tour with them during the trip.
15. Panoramic city tour is a 2-3 hour tour organized for the introduction of cities and can be organized on different days provided that its content does not change. It does not include museum or historical site entrances. Optional tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days can be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason are not made. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for the inability to make these trips or tours.
16. Persons must have health problems, pregnancy status, medications they use continuously and reports related to these medications with them during their participation in the tour.
17. In optional tours to be made on the way, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to resting areas where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles on the way before entering the city.
18. Tour – Area – Tour Leader – Hotel information will be made by your sales consultant via mail and verbally 48 hours before tour departure.
19. A passport is an official document and passport police have the authority to not let you into the country for reasons such as being damaged, soiled in any way, especially having tears in the stitching or pages. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa application for Turkish passport holders to participate in this tour. People who want to participate in the Dubrovnik Optional tour must obtain a Croatian visa. Those who have a valid Schengen visa or holders of Green passports do not need to get a visa to participate in the Dubrovnik tour. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country can be made. Passport police have the authority to not let the passenger into the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
