GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operation.

• Our hotels may vary as ''or similar'' due to operational reasons, while strictly adhering to the promised star and category standards.

• In cases where only category information is given without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

• Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In such cases, Prontotour guests are under the responsibility of Prontotour.

• If the date of issue of standard passports is more than 10 years ago, and for other passport types more than 5 years ago, the person participating in the trip cannot travel abroad, even if they have a valid visa, and visa procurement procedures cannot be carried out for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.

• Passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months as of the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic) from Turkish or foreign citizens, even if they have a passport with a valid visa, when departing from Turkish customs. Therefore, passports with less than 6 months of validity are not approved by our agency. Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger due to the inability of passport holders with less than 6 months of validity to join the tour.

• Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip, the ship, hotel, carrier companies, and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the trip. Therefore, the parties know that consumers who register for the trip by applying to it do not have any direct responsibility like a principal, and that the Agency does not have existing liability due to not being in the position of operator, for any disruptions, material and moral damage accidents, missing accommodation or faulty services of facilities, arising from the failure of the consumers to be present at the shown vehicle programs, hours, places contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transportation, any delays of land, air and sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war or similar force majeure events, the fault of the driver of the transportation vehicle or the personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical matters.

• For all customs-cleared international departures, it is required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time. Especially guests coming from other cities by domestic flights to ports or airports should adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Responsibility for being late and/or not being able to join the tour due to this reason belongs to the passenger, and Prontotour has no compensation liability towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to carry out check-in procedures personally 24 hours before the tour departure.

• Prontotour is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Warsaw Convention / Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

• Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour program, are served with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally called Continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to groups.

• Triple rooms can be given according to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out and coach bed types, tour participant 3rd persons and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the congestion and bed type that may occur in rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults and fitting the age group.

• Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before reservation.

• In cases where children under 18 years of age, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the consent forms required for participation in the tour with them during the travel.

• Panoramic city tour is a 2-3 hour tour organized for the introduction of cities and can be organized on different days provided that its content does not change. It does not include museum and historical site entrances. Optional tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days can be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Prontotour cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out these trips or tours.

• Persons must keep their health problems, pregnancy status, medications they use continuously, and reports related to these medications with them during their participation in the tour.

• On optional tours to be made on the way, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to resting areas on the way where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles before entering the city.

• Tour – Airport – Tour Leader - Hotel notifications will be made by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours before the tour departure.

• The passport is an official document, and passport police have the authority not to admit you to the country for reasons such as any damage, staining, especially tears in the stitching or pages. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

• For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa requirement for Turkish passport holders to participate in this tour. Persons who want to join the Dubrovnik Optional tour must obtain a Croatian visa. Those with a valid Schengen visa or Green passport holders do not need to obtain a visa to join the Dubrovnik tour. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry can be made into the country. Passport police have the authority not to admit the passenger to the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

• All extra activities such as ATV safari, boat tour, diving, jeep safari, parachute, hot air balloon, and similar ones not included in the package tour program are outside the scope of the Package Tour Contract and constitute a separate service. These services are not organized by our agency and are provided by independent third-party service providers. Guests purchase these activities at their own request and initiative, and accept that they establish a direct contractual relationship with the relevant service provider. Our agency is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, and damages that may occur during optional tours; responsibility belongs to the company providing the service. The guest accepts that they know such activities involve risks, their health condition is suitable for participation, and all responsibility belongs to them. Additionally, these activities are out of insurance coverage.
